On August 14, 2008, CNET reported: Already the most popular politician on Facebook, presidential candidate Barack Obama jumped ahead of Kevin Rose to become the most followed person on Twitter . . . 56,661 to 56,442.
Today, the Kevin Rose follower count is 1,356,080; President Obama's follower count is 18,548,798.
Kevin Rose is a Partner at Google Ventures and founder of Digg. He also serves on the board of directors of the Tony Hawk Foundation.
